Refund Policy

  • Once a brace has been fitted and accepted, we are unable to accept a return due to health and safety regulations.

  • Cold Therapy Machines and Devices may only be returned if they are unopened and unused, must be inspected to confirm non-use, and do incur a 20% restocking fee. They may only be returned within one week of purchase. 

  • No refunds will be issued for used or opened medical devices due to health and safety regulations.

  • If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within one week for assistance.
